A Whole New World

Hello blogging world! While I did blog a couple of times in college, the world of blogging as a teacher is totally new to me. I shouldn't say it's totally new, I spend a lot of time reading the blogs of other teachers, trying to absorb the knowledge they have to offer. I also spend a lot of time on  Teachers Pay Teachers for the same reason.

I just finished my very first year of teaching! I started after the first nine weeks in a classroom with both 1st and 2nd graders. Needless to say, my first year was QUITE the experience. I loved it, but it left me very tired and desperate for advice and resources to help my next year (I'll have a mixed class again!) go more smoothly. So, like I mentioned earlier, I have spent the first part of my summer reading blogs belonging to seasoned teachers and trying to find anything I can from  Teachers Pay Teachers or Pinterest.

Over the last couple of days, however, I became anxious to try this blogging/creating thing for myself. I don't have a lot of experience, but I do have some knowledge. If anything I know could be useful to someone else starting out, I would think this whole endeavor worth it. So, I began creating a few products for my TPT store and started brainstorming some ideas for blog posts. As I go, I would greatly appreciate any feedback, comments, wisdom you may have to offer.

Do you have any tips for setting out in this "whole new world"?
